Should I use a Realtor to help me purchase a home?

In Short, YES! 

Of course you should have me represent your interests as you search for a home!  The seller's agent is representing the seller's interests so if you don't have your own agent who is representing your interests?

Best of all my services are FREE to buyers!  In Ontario you only pay commission when you sell your home and not when you buy. 

Would it surprise you if I told you the way you were looking for a house it is unlikely that you will find that special home you are looking for? 

Realtors have access to listings before they are listed on Realtor.ca, advertised in the newspaper or held open on the weekend for an open house.  When you work with me as my Direct Client I will check the new listings every morning for homes that meet your criteria.  This way you will have the opportunity to view the new listings before they are advertised to thousands of other buyers.

In searching for your home I will represent your interests every step of the way including helping you determine fair market value for the home.  When you find a home you are interested in I will provide you with recent sales in the area and show you comparable homes that are currently for sale to help you determine a fair purchase price.  I will also make suggestions on how to structure your offer to your benefit while always keeping your interests in mind.  I will negotiate on your behalf and guide you through the process every step of the way.
